我感覺跟前一位嚮導1樣~ 這間是我到過這輩子最爛的統一超商7-11了 動作最慢~教育最爛~品質最差~! 前面顧客都有同感都有講到~(會一直跟-熟客-聊天)(所以生客跟過路客就晾在一邊等咖啡~ 等您們廢話喇賽完 才能點咖啡囉~ 生客的寶貴時間規定是要給您們浪費的~? 下大雨拿長傘提著早餐買咖啡,要1個綠色提網來提,遇到白皮膚的微胖男店員 或是阿伯店長都會(百般為難+面有難色+屎臉)讓敝人1度以為-綠色提網難道是要加購得?(驚) 下大雨 還叫顧客手拿? 手拿 ?還有手可以拿嗎 要1根吸管 (不是說沒有~!) 白皮膚的胖弟店員是說 不能給~!) 這個吸管不能給你~!!!!!!!!!! 聽完這樣子講 敝人 立刻 補說 喔~ 那 那根粗的珍珠吸管多少錢? 林杯跟你買~! 有時是省咖啡杯套不給~ 呃.......................................省東省西 怎麼不整間收起來 省房租阿???

111/5/15 更新 換了新店面,換了新店員,腦袋一樣沒換,疫情這麼久了,還是一樣的愛碰觸客戶商品,天啊! 大夜班0:10男性新面孔店員 疫情這麼久了,任何商店店員,看到客人主動秀商品條碼給你刷,就不會去碰觸商品,就你們店員,還對客人咆哮發脾氣,說客人這樣行為怪異,真是笑死人! 這麼多超商都不會像你們樣,到底是客人怪,還是你們怪? 客戶這麼做不但保護自己,也保護你們,少一次接觸多一次安心,一點防疫觀念都沒有嗎!素質差勁!還敢罵客人! 不然為什麼現在各賣場、店家都要推廣無接觸結帳,自助結帳?他們都很怪嗎? 自己沒新資訊格局觀念,沒防疫觀念,還好意思罵顧客奇怪? 保護雙方懂不懂啊!還是向總部反映!你們才不覺得怪? 你們店全店員工這麼自信,都不怕疫情,最好都別染疫,別確診阿! ----- 110/10/22 AM01:55 應該是該店店長,男性約45-55歲,已經很多次忍耐,受不了提出評論。 客戶已經主動將商品的條碼,轉向調整給店員刷條碼,通常店員就不會再碰觸商品,但每次都一定要觸碰商品,而且結帳完後,還要再摸兩下你買的東西,看了真的很不舒服!講過很多次都不改善,屢試不爽,每次只要他就覺得很OOXX。 麻煩貴公司宣導給所有的分店,落實防疫,如果客戶主動或是手持商品就表示不希望店員碰觸,麻煩不要觸碰客戶商品,甚至結帳完後習慣性再摸兩下,這到底是什麼壞習慣?!
