★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去買東西店員很忙無法搭理可以理解，我排第一個，結果店員回來直接伸手幫第二個結帳，我是可以不用付錢就走嗎？還是後面男的比較帥？直接傻眼，只能說那男的也是好意思說誰先來的都一樣？我們有認識？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat sangat nyaman dan pelayannya juga sangat ramah .. Bisa lupa waktu kalau sudah duduk minum kopi di sana ? .. Ada toilet umum juga yah ?

可是現場明明很多人在排隊了
店員依然可以悠悠然
完全不關他的事的感覺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在這裏住這麽久，從沒看過態度這麼差的店員，明明跟他說lD紫煙，拿lucky煙給我，跟他說我是要lD的，直接擺不耐煩表情按結帳機器按那麼大力，是有多不爽我不懂，而且這位男店員不是第一次態度這麼差，微壯矮矮男店員。
希望店長能好好訓練員工，素質太差。
I’ve lived here for so long, and I’ve never seen a clerk with such a bad attitude. He clearly told him about ID purple smoke, gave me lucky cigarettes, told him that I wanted ID, and directly put on an impatient expression and pressed the checkout machine so hard. I don't know how upset it is, and it's not the first time that this male clerk has such a bad attitude.
I hope the store manager can train the staff well, the quality is too poor.

跟以前的店長對客人的態度根本差很大
換個回收的電池 明明達到優惠標準硬是要說沒有
且拿到裝電池的提袋 好像拿到髒東西一樣 給了一個很嫌棄的臉
要不是因為交通便利
實在是不想到7-11
這種的服務態度 考核還能過的話 實在是會令人無言

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中午左右過去取貨，系統上有到貨，但是店員一直找不到，留下資料後也沒有後續，還要自己打去詢問，中班人員也不知道此事
