★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跨年夜去此門市辦理退貨事宜，在ibon列印出交貨便服務單去櫃台，年輕的男店員用命令式口氣說：「貼上去」，自行貼上去後，再次用命令式口氣說：「垃圾拿去垃圾桶丟掉」。雖心想我拿在手上為何我得先去丟垃圾，但還是自行找尋垃圾桶方位丟掉貼紙背貼後又回去櫃台，就看他站在收銀機那，我想作業應做完了吧，就要走了，結果又用那令人不舒服的口氣說：「收據是不要了嗎？」才開始刷條碼列印收據。這位是跨年夜當班不舒爽嗎？就忙著和另一名女店員聊天就好，莫名奇妙被不佳態度對待，基本的工作態度和禮貌都看不到。
