有時候，客戶真的不需要那麼衝，說話溫和一點，店員或其他客戶不是欠你的，也不是故意忽略或是不管你，你的衝不會讓你更高級，即使你是身在這所謂的高級住宅區，和氣能帶來福氣，這道理我相信可能沒水準的人是無法理解的！
