(2)就算妳是先到的人,店員要把店裡的人都服務完,才會到妳的傳真影印區協助,因為這區是自助的,而且,店員若只開一個功能-傳真,但若妳是要影印+傳真,她回到櫃檯後,就會再要求妳要等她把店裡的人都服務完
(3)我等第一輪是6人,要再等第2輪是4~5人,重點是店員並沒有一開始問我要的功能,店員自己少開功能,回櫃檯還要我等 (4)難怪原本第一的7-11會輸全家,人員素質越來越差,台面下服務越來越多
