在這家小7便利商店遺失物品、金錢⋯等等,得自認倒楣了! 當事者說明: 「2019年6月11日,去小7領錢,離開五分後發現少了1000元,回去問店員有沒有人撿到1000元,店員說沒有,我又沿路找,再回小7拜託幫忙調監視器,看是不是有掉在小7裡,本來店員要幫忙,但店員請示主管後,主管卻說去找提款機上面電話,請他們協助,又說就算幫你調監視器,看到有人撿走,你又不知道去哪裏要回來,所以別浪費時間找了,我氣炸了,一點同理心都沒有,我跟家人說,他們說以後再也不去那家小7了!」 調閱監視器後才會知道是否有掉錢,也才有可能知道是不是常客撿到,還沒調閱就知道沒辦法要回來? 如果是店家掉物品,馬上積極處理了! 更何況顧客遺失的是1000元現金,當場店員加主管也有3位,當時也沒有客人在購買或結帳,幾分鐘前的事情,調閱監視器有很困難? 難道說⋯有人撿到錢拿給店員就算是店家賺到? 還是說店員或主管撿到了? 所以才不敢調閱監視器? 遇到這家小7主管(店長)的態度,感覺幾乎都是不好的,要不是佔了地利之便的好地點開店,早就被一些人拒絕再次去消費了! 所以在那家掉物品、金錢,就只能自認倒楣了!

剛去7-11康要門市,肥胖店員態度不佳,我先出示身分證,報出750$,店員未問我手機後三碼,就說沒有貨,還質疑我是否確定來對康耀還是耀康門市,後來才問我手機後三碼,輸入電腦才發現有貨,結果東西拿來時還用力砸在櫃檯桌上,找錢時還用力塞丟在我手裡!就被我教訓一頓。請盡量不要用7-11交送網路貨物,這已經是7-11經常態度不量找麻煩的事,應該與其週遭人事有關係,給網路電商障礙阻礙銷貨有關!如果有可能的話,請改全家交貨會比較順利。

6/18 早上9:00 以行動取條碼兌換3杯咖啡 我不小心讓店員刷到無期限的 於是當下詢問店員 能不能重刷6/30到期的兌換碼 當場是一位約35歲戴眼鏡女性,拒絕的理由是已經刷了就不能改??? 同樣的東西/數量 為何不能重刷? 還跟我說:18杯而已,到6/30還有時間啊! 今天6/18 ,妳不給我重刷還說風涼話 3杯咖啡都給我透明杯蓋 有吸管孔的 妳不給吸管我要怎麼喝? 大街小巷找吸管⋯ 這家門市沒一個態度好的⋯⋯ 真是奇觀
