★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晚班可能比較忙，厭世臉…沒精品咖啡也不是我的錯，我買了預售才知道買到精品，因為太多門市，我有時忘記問服務員，跟欠他們錢一樣……臉超臭……但除了這點，其他服務還不錯！！
只是想你們注意，二樓最近常來一位老奶奶，每次都把二樓所有衛生紙拿走，在座位上刷牙……因為沒衛生紙可以擦桌子，廁所也沒衛生紙，我想買好像也沒看到小包衛生紙只有濕紙巾，只好又下去麻煩厭世服務員（我也不想一直去麻煩你們好嗎？！）……本想跟你們說老奶奶的事情，但被忽視了……或許你們不在意吧～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日111年3月28星期五，傍晚大概6:30，晚班的弟弟店員，結帳到我時，幫我裝袋，確裝到一半，去結帳下ㄧ位客人，這不是服務業該有做法，請資深的店員教育好，因為我已經去你們家便利商店很久，從沒有遇過如此經驗，如不改善，我只好反應總公司那裡，也可以調監視器去查證清楚，而且已經發生第二次，第一次是我要袋子，結果卻放在桌上，什麼都沒有說，確去做別的事情，沒有做好便利商店該做的事情，如不願裝袋，可告知客人，請將心比心，謝謝
