4/22晚上在此取貨,說完要取貨男店員就看著不做回應,講了兩三次才想到補了電話末四碼,男店員竟然回:喔?你總算想到了喔。口氣有需要那麼不好嗎?其他家店員也都會直接詢問電話末四碼多少,不知您那麼囂張到底是在幹嘛?而且找錢時,態度也很差,錢差點都掉地上!

我本人很少給負面評價,但本日晚餐後時間來本店消費體驗實在讓人不適。 一開始我說先存(儲值)卡片再扣款,也給出儲值金額了,後面說購買的食物要加熱,接著店員問也沒問我是否要把發票存裡面,她就直接存了。 我在卡片還在讀取時問她發票,她就盯著我說「你剛剛說存裡面」。 問題是我根本沒說過“發票”要存裡面,我回「沒有」,她還一副“明明是你不記得,好哦都你在說的表情”。 然後微波的食物拿上樓就是一陣悶熱跟氣味,戴著口罩氣味依然撲鼻,讓人不適。 座位區不適合,店員服務態度讓人不適,真想給0星。 ________ 有給星甚至是二星,是給另一位一樣在櫃檯的男店員,他處理動作十分迅速,看他給其他人結帳速度快,找尋包裹速度也是,與另一位相比是十分好的。 在給予微波後的食物前,有大聲詢問是哪位的餐點,以及要內用或者外食,在客人講述內用,以及需求後也快速的給與,這部分讓人感覺良好。
