清晨五時、進店沒看到店員,等了一陣子、仍然沒看到,敲了辦公室(非請勿近)的門、仍然沒答覆,心想或許是肚子痛應急,繼續到櫃檯等他,結果比我晚到711的護士小姐都挑完冰了⋯仍然沒見到店員,直到去推了那扇(非請勿近)的門.......店員眼眶泛紅睡眼惺忪⋯的走出門外、並告訴我我要的茶品有時間限定。試問這家7-11是否可以考慮不要走24H營業?

某幾位店員的態度蠻差的,有位高壯胖男那個班,除了結完帳不會說謝謝,還會一直跟其他女店員聊天,真該把他換掉。另外一位眼鏡男,講話有點像青峰的服務就不錯,還會指導同班的其他學弟服務態度。男店長在的時候也不錯。女店長就也是態度很差。第一次碰到服務落差那麼大的7-11。希望總部督導能看到....

非常好的便利商店,店長人很親切,甚至會記住熟客的名字!現在便利商店的人員真的很辛苦又要收銀結帳又要煮咖啡又要收水費電費電信費,一堆的業務真是辛苦...生活在台灣的人真是幸福啊!

剛剛點了兩杯西西里咖啡,眼睜睜看著其中一杯的檸檬果醬被店員打翻了一大半而且還繼續完成製作,直到拿給我們時都沒有提到打翻果醬的事情,等到我們自己問的時候才說再去找一下倉庫,最後說沒有檸檬果醬了。 店員自己的疏失沒有主動告知,又要客人承擔,後續也沒有做任何處理,希望貴店的員工訓練要加強這個部分。原本想如果店員有先提我們就算了,但是直接做好交給我們像什麼都沒發生一樣,讓我們覺得很不受尊重,明明兩杯一樣的飲料一杯是正常的西西里咖啡,一杯卻只有很淡很淡的檸檬味,裝沒事是個什麼解決方式? 後記:昨天(9月11日)去領貨時,應該是店長的店員認出我們了,也很爽快的多給我我們一杯咖啡的兌換券然後也向我們道歉了。先謝謝店長,身為一個教育工作者,我個人比較注重態度的問題,就像之前說的,如果當天店員事先道歉我們真的就算了,店家也承諾會在員工訓練上多注意並調整,其實這樣就夠了,但還是謝謝店長的咖啡兌換券,真心希望門市可以愈來愈好讓每位客人都有很棒的消費體驗,加油!
