★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天下午2點過後，有一個男店員高高的戴眼鏡,服務欠佳，我要使用ibon 有問題，他說好要我等，我等六組以上客人都走，他卻在摸那些人家寄的包裹完全沒想要幫我處理的意思，等到又來了客人我忍不住了請他先幫我用，他才按鈴叫另一個店員支援，另一個店員幫我看，不到10秒的事情就好了。本來對這家店印象都不錯，就差在這個店員讓我很不喜歡他的作法和態度。請改進謝謝！
Yesterday after 2 o’clock in the afternoon, there was a male clerk wearing glasses tall and poor service. I wanted to use ibon. There was a problem. He wanted me to wait. I waited for more than six groups of customers to leave, but he was touching those people who sent them. I didn’t mean to handle the package for me at all. When the customer came again, I couldn’t help but ask him to help me first. Then he rang the bell to call another clerk to support, and the other clerk helped me see it. It took less than 10 seconds. The thing is just fine. I had a good impression of this store, but the clerk made me dislike his approach and attitude very much. Please improve thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 使用店到店的包裹 常常莫名拒收 這個門市就只想賺錢 而不以服務為主旨 所以已經多年不去消費 寧可跑去 比較遠的超商 （之前甚至店內休息座位區 也都徹走 不給消費者使用 十足小氣）
