K	Kami Tsai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7-11一直是旅途中休息的好去處，今天剛好路過這邊進來喝咖啡，不過我是點中杯美式，我都習慣打開杯蓋喝，因為常在別間7-11買咖啡，所以一開杯蓋才知道份量少了約只剩７分滿些，因為和一般在其他間7-11差了許多，還特意去問服務店員，店員說都是份量都是固定，我知道電腦設定有一定的量，但我明顯感受到與其他7-11的差異，雖然也知道美式不過濃縮咖啡加上熱水而已，但店員並不太願意聽我的消費感受，也不願意改善，覺得對於7-11這樣的大企業感到很可惜和遺憾。如果能稍微留心做好員工訓練，一定能帶給7-11更多正面的企業形象的。 7-11 has always been a good place to take a break during the trip.
