就是知道寄件時打錯收件人姓名，無法使用證件取貨所以才使用貴公司自創app裡面的0元取貨條碼
app上面也有寫若使用條碼取件無需看證件，但男店員卻堅持不使用，也不刷刷看條碼也不認真看一下客人手機裡的內容只會跳針說就是要證件，態度也很差
麻煩搞清楚你們自己公司的app和規定好嗎
