★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電費繳完一個月後收到未繳費通知單（還好帳單還沒丟），然後問小白單呢？痾...不見了！但還有有蓋加州店章（很重要），店員問大約那時候幾點來繳費是誰繳費的！？（馬上傻眼一個月前耶）靠邀一個月前妳中餐吃什麼妳還會記得嗎？如果妳有五張信用卡，你都會記得那時候你們去繳費嗎？這是在踢皮球嗎？請幫忙好好處理
最後原來是店員一次翻2張，沒刷到金額！只好自己跑一趟台電繳費，店長送了一杯冰拿鐵，當作歉意！

建議公司可將系統關閉時間「提前」以app通知，避免再有這種囧事發生。
I was hungry and wanted to have a late night snack. I only found out that I didn’t bring my mobile phone when I went out. I didn't know the system was closed until I couldn't brush the checkout.
It is suggested that the company can notify the system shut down time "in advance" with the app to avoid this kind of embarrassment from happening again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年八月追加：下午班的年輕服務員常常（一週可見到兩三次）與特定熟客閒聊，耽誤其他客人結帳，而且似乎並不自知。
——————過去評價——————
上午班的服務態度較差，尤其是年輕女店員，不只取貨時東西都用摔的，找錢也是施捨般灑，有點莫名其妙。希望管理層能督導改善。
下午和大夜班則非常優秀，很有精神的模樣，讓人逛起來很舒適。
Added in August 2021: The young waiters in the afternoon class often (visible to two or three times a week) chat with specific regular customers, delaying other customers to check out, and they don't seem to know it.
