說真的老闆行動不便,應該體諒但是他真的誇張的沒耐心。竟然還會用手比叫你走開說拿包裹的要等。其他店原本都很有耐心就屬於老闆一家像精神病。他自己動作慢竟然跟另一個店員吵起來。然後這家店怪人其多,半夜來一堆奇怪到人不是自言自語就是臭的要死。

I still have to wait for the hand to go away and say that I have to wait for the package. Other stores originally had patience and belonged to the boss family like a mental illness. 雖然從店員到客人都對行動不便的老闆很容忍,但是他的態度卻愈來愈差,難怪表現好的店員都離職,所以老闆愈來愈常當班,每次不得已要去這個門市的時候,就會碰到他在罵員工甚至客人,光是進入店內,都令人非常不愉快。 以後寧可多花一點時間去其他門市了。

我還蠻常來的,發現幾個現象超怪的... 1.老闆很愛在上午尖峰時間(8~9點)補貨,結帳櫃檯排一堆客人,還不快來消化,結完帳,還叫說客人趕快離開,不要堵在櫃台(才剛結完帳)。你也知道後面很多人,幹嘛堅持這個時間補貨哩? 2.感覺老闆很愛用命令的口氣指導員工,但下的決定往往都有問題,就像明明櫃台很多人,還叫旁邊的店員去拿甚麼有的沒的。 3.微波加熱東西不時都冷冷的,漢堡、牛奶都一樣。 ....我都不知道該說甚麼好了

1/12 收到簡訊 晚上11:00多去取貨 門市有收到這筆包裹的資料 確認完證件/電話末三碼,但現場找不到。所以留了電話等門市回覆! 當下我人還在門市等待找尋包裹過程中店員試圖推拖說我已經取走包裹,發現我本人還在現場等待後立刻改口說賣家還未寄出,在現場等待半小時後無果變留了資料離開現場! 1/13 第一次門市回覆:門市人員聲稱客服顯示賣家未寄出,結果我立刻與賣家聯繫告知,賣家確認商品有寄出,並給了寄件證明!我回撥門市告知賣家有寄出而且有寄件證明時,門市立刻改稱調閱監視器後才發現物流少送一件包裹,並說是物流的問題,但為何門市未確認有無缺件,就草率簽收了!? 第三次本人直接到門市確認 包裹確定不見 但會幫忙尋回,但尋回的時間沒有辦法確定 只有說會找 處理態度消極且不友善
