每個服務人員手腳都很快速。
唯一的缺點是ibon第二螢幕顏色失真，怎麼都不叫修呢！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7月17日領三倍券消費券時順便購買大冰美買一送一優惠，當下沒有要喝，店員說可寄杯…後來今(7/28)天9:38am左右前往去領咖啡，竟被告知只剩下一杯，因沒寄過杯不知為何只剩一杯（發票上明明就打著「特大冰美M $60x2」字樣）只是上面只印一個【瑞東欠】藍印…後來剛剛店員把那張收據揉掉丟小紙簍，要給我兩杯．．我一開始就說要一杯了～才把收據從紙簍中撿起來。我沒寄過杯，不曉得若寄兩杯要蓋兩張之類，所以若寄10杯，應該會在小小收據上蓋上10次章?7/17當天的店員(不是新店員，今天的才是）那位7/17店員應該要好好員工訓練一下，雖不是新店員，真的要好好加強！但是整體上，店員大多都算比鄰近（內湖路一帶）店家好多了。

The clerk on the day of 7/17 (not the new clerk, today’s That's it) The 7/17 clerk should have a good staff training, although he is not a new clerk, he really needs to strengthen it! But on the whole, most of the shop assistants are much better than the nearby (neihu road) shops.
