★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/15 晚上大夜班陳姓員工服務態度非常的差，結帳需要喊兩聲才擺臭臉來結帳，飲料製作不遵照SOP，這位員工製作的冰青茶，杯子大小永遠跟別人不一樣，該用特大杯裝的硬要用大杯裝，明明會有冰塊的飲料，這位陳員工做出來永遠是去冰，喝起來還是溫的！統一企業一向很要求標準化程序，不知道為什麼這位員工可以這麼隨性的改變，不久後要求還一杯正常的特大杯冰青，陳員工還一直跳針說容量是一樣的，更厲害的是，即使重做一次了，還是沒有冰塊！到底哪個環節出問題了！
