建議大家不要去,服務態度非常差, 結帳速度超級慢..... 一次去買三個麵包要分開打發票, 說不行要我排隊, 轉頭看一下櫃台只有我一個人在結帳, 試問我找誰排隊..... 又有一次去換點數, 櫃台只有一個店員排隊四五個人, 過了許久另一人才慢慢的走出來, 我上前去告知我的需求, 店員看了我一眼, 說要我等五分鐘, 說是在點貨, 無法即時幫我服務, 我都傻眼了,繼續等, 出來後告知我點數沒貼在紙上不能換, 要貼好,我看一下集點卡上也沒這項規定, 於是店員說要打電話問主管, 一等又十分鐘過去了, 後又告知我公司規定, 沒貼好的集點貼紙就是不能換, 有什麼問題可以客訴, 第一次遇到十~十五分鐘可以解決的問題 不幫我處理卻要我客訴的店員, 在說,在我等待詢問的時間 如果店員願意花時間幫忙處理早換好了, 好,不幫換就算了, 還把我整理好的貼紙散落亂七八糟的要還我,後櫃台還有我拿不到的貼紙, 這不會太誇張嗎? 竟還問我貼紙哪來的, 最後一週我換贈品, 有必要告知店員貼紙哪來的? 客訴了好幾次公司都沒有處理, 只有一封官方信箱訊息告知處理中, 然後再去貴店消費, 一樣的店員, 服務態度一樣差, 每次去結帳都等很久, 也都沒有招呼, 店員一直戴著口罩, 說話時常聽不到說什麼, 離開前我買飲料, 店員也沒問會員也沒幫我集點, 公司不是要我們辦會員, 又不幫集點,是要會員做什麼? 真的是因為超商就在家附近想在給機會, 又去買飲料, 竟聽到店員在互相聊天說, 這邊的客人很愛客訴, 動不動就客訴, 貴公司不是檢討自己的問題, 反倒怪客人客訴? 這是貴公司教育出來的員工的態度? 我開始懷疑711的服務品質了, 真的是誇張至極.... 這真的是711的服務品質保證嗎?

今天早上7:2X到店里消費 門口的實名制名單好像擺設而已 來店顧客有沒有登錄都不聞不問 親眼看見在我前一個進店買煙男顧客完全沒有實名制 櫃台的二位女店員完全不在乎 還有結帳時櫃台女店員對應顧客的結帳態度太差 感覺相當的差

店員跟店長辛苦了,畢竟這邊客群年齡較高,容易出現一些腦筋死掉的顧客,之前還看到一個大媽要領包裹結果不是本人,啊拿女兒的身分證說自己是本人我也是笑死哈哈哈哈,店長說依照規定不能領,大媽還在那邊吵,真的是毀人三觀,啊我在這間7-11購買東西的經驗都非常的好,也非常有效率,店員也很親切,謝謝你們的認真讓我在這間店消費了10年都依舊快樂。
