一開始在指定位置排隊,但前面有人插隊。門市人員不但沒有制止,而且還讓他們先結帳。刷完商品條碼後要給現金,一刷條碼後,就去微波我購買的雞胸肉,但「中間完全沒有店員問我們有什麼東西還沒好或需要什麼服務」。真的讓人很傻眼,客人的需求還沒處理好,居然在跟客人聊天,還有的店員拿泡麵去刷條碼要自己購買,讓我在櫃檯等了很久才收取我的零錢。好不容易結帳完成,讓我等了5分鐘才拿到雞胸肉,而且在這中間完全沒有問我有沒有需要什麼服務,甚至拿雞胸肉的那位店員問完我是否需要什麼服務後我回答我的雞胸肉還沒拿到(但已經微波好很久了)他就繼續寫他的日誌,並沒有把客人的需求先完成。
希望你們可以加強訓練,我也曾在門市上班過,但我從未見過如此鬆散的工作人員。
還有,希望可以跟員工宣導刷條碼不要碰到手機與要兌換商品時請不要拿走客人的手機。有一位綁馬尾戴眼鏡的店員在我要兌換大杯珍珠撞奶時把手機拿走,讓我不知所措,而且現在疫情,我也不希望他手上的細菌跑到我的手機上。真的很噁心。
