大夜服務態度有待加強~ 如果不是看在我母親跟你們門市店長有認識 不然這件事不可能就簡單的過去 同樣是服務業,還沒看過打電話過去直接叫客人快點講 再來電話中口氣非常不耐煩~我可以同情跟理解包裹因為雙11卡住 如果因為當時有客人難道大夜你的話術語不會說嗎? 跟客人說稍等回撥給你,留電話這麼簡單一件事情 也可以跟我說沒空直接掛電話~真的非常誇張 難道連基本的態度都拿不出來,說真的上班上這麼累,這麼不耐煩 可以直接填寫離職單~我相信店長會讓你離職的 過了兩天雖然我母親有到門市跟店長反應 但到了今天我還是氣不過,我只能給負評
