2020.4.20 19:49... 櫃檯 #4位客人等1店員結帳, 一旁捲髮妹依舊悠哉地擦著<熱狗機>偶爾瞄向櫃檯… 換我時忍不住: 「#小姐妳可以過來一下嗎…?」 她才面無表情地慢慢移動… #是我沒耐性還是居民人太好…??? #熱狗機比客人重要…??! #貴店的員工教育是這樣…??? P.S.櫃檯開口也挺有問題, 不朝向賣場, 店員補貨要進櫃檯還要繞一圈, 所以才懶得支援結帳…???

一位中年男店員在此門市工作了滿久的時間 會糾正客人,講話語氣跟態度都讓人很不舒服。 9/11中午去取貨時,因為他找包裹找了好些時間,想說別的門市都會習慣問客人包裹大小件,我就隨口的說了句包裹外箱可能的大小,沒想到他超不開心的回說不要這樣誤導我們好嗎?妳又不知道我們的大是多大小是多小,不需要跟我們說這些。 第一次遇到這種店員,挺無言的。

剛去(2022-4-18 23:23)7-ELEVEN 康永門市(710台南市永康區永平街120號)影印結帳6元時~我有告知只需扣I CASH餘額4元就好~其餘2元付現~結果店員又將我的I CASH自動加值500元了! 當下該店員也沒向我說聲抱歉~ 而且 (扣I CASH餘額4元就好~其餘2元付現~不會再自動加值)這部份該店員也不會操作~貴公司對該名員工的教育訓練有待加強! 我的感覺很不好! 希望貴公司能給我一個回應
