不是門市剛開沒多久嗎，員工態度都那麼差都沒好好做教育訓練嗎

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上6點多值班的男士，是不是不會說話呢？每次去結帳，一句話都沒說（連基本的招呼都不會說）每次都要我自己看收銀機的金額，連謝謝都不會說！我還以為我來到無店員的711?真的是屢試不爽呢！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晚班頭髮比較短的女店員臭著一張臉，從頭到尾都不發一語而且結帳時很不耐煩的樣子，好像我打擾到她的滑手機時間，也不是要求店員要笑容滿面或卑躬屈膝，但最基本的「需要什麼？」「歡迎光臨」也該做到吧，高高的男店員的態度就很優，如果女店員的態度有改善我再把一星改掉
