★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天早上7:20拿蝦皮買的兌換券去換咖啡。當下問值班經理自帶杯是不是可以退7元。結果這位值班經理竟然跟我說不能退。
畢竟在這之前我換過好幾間，都能退，就這間不給退，我嚴重懷疑他們是不是把錢給A走。我只好打客服確認並投訴，很糟糕的一次消費體驗，浪費我的時間。
