1.態度不好。（連歡迎光臨，謝謝光臨都沒有，臉色好像欠他很多錢！）
2.微波食品處理不當（直接丟微波爐），導致食物爆裂，又未告知客戶，讓客戶直接取回家後發現。（感覺有夠差！）
ps.我買那麼多7-11就這個人員最奇葩。無言……
現在的7-11工作人員都不用受過訓練的嗎？！
請謹慎注重這些細節，否則有損公司形象，得不償失！
