我可以體諒妳客人多、比較忙，但是麻煩語氣跟態度可以好一點。
雖然我常在全家買東西，但我也常去您店裡消費跟寄貨。全家會員就是報完電話，要按螢幕正不正確，但是妳們作業模式好像不一樣，但也沒必要大聲而且不耐煩的跟我說：螢幕不要點、不要去按。
我在意的就是不要在很多客人面前，直接大小聲的說，態度麻煩可以好一點嗎？
