★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就在剛才來這家門市取包裹和消費，排隊的人都超過5人了，第二個店員就是不肯出來幫忙結帳。前面一個消費者要拿發票折抵，店員要她填資料，結果筆寫不出來，店員竟然直接拿我的包裹給那位客人墊著寫字，都不用問我的意見嗎？包裹是我的還是店員的？太沒禮貌了！！

咖啡機如果在清洗，為什麼不先跟客人講？而且我在趕時間，條碼刷了也不能退！
重點是我用隨行杯，沒有退我3塊！我當下忘記，回到家才發現，店員也沒有主動給，感覺超差?
