2.女店員有一個壯碩的,結帳不是應該把零錢放收營機內嗎?遲遲不在顧客面前不放零錢不關收營機,直接說可以了讓我離開,到底是怎樣,是要篡改電話號碼存入他人電話會員內嗎?????還有下方看到留言有出現短找情況,還真擔心被多收呢!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1️⃣各電商/蝦皮/網購請注意⚠️嚴重卡包7-11店家(晚班女身高約162-165公分微壯有點年紀臭臉囂張惡整取件者影響後面排隊的人皆傻眼 取件多件都同名稱號碼、app隱私個資的關係.付現取件已結帳2筆一件能取一件不能取 ,第3件線上已付清她說0元證件來也沒用 全名三字不一樣 情緒精神異常死咬7-11總部定的 大聲囂張的說 叫出貨商家再付一次運費啊 只能讓商品回流反正就是不能取件!強勢跋扈狀、可憐的男員工幫忙叫女店長出來處理對話了幾句很扯 進入狀態裝傻敷衍極其被動 我輕說:(顧及隱私個資關係app設定名稱同姓包裹也沒隱匿功能,我能提供雙證件或帳單明細是也是7-11會員 …。結果打發意味濃!惡整取件者.(沒遇過這麼不及格的店長)
出貨商也幫忙打電話給此門市說我是下單領包本人提供雙證件是否能讓我取件、店家回只能讓商品回流囉!
2️⃣此店7-11常讓消費者排隊罰站久時有點變態 效率差員工少!男員工和年輕女員工態度正常.整店就那微壯女有年紀強勢情緒異常+店長 這2名真不適合服務業 .

4️⃣7-11台北總公司懇請注意一下此店家 而那條規定是否應附註微調條文!貴公司有注意到全家包裹標籤有微隱匿功能 少數7-11店家因為物流與店家無直接利潤營收 毀壞7-11的招牌拖累物流體系 願有高階7-11上司能看到此文 畢竟物流競爭頗多此點也是不能忽視的!

大夜班很辛苦沒錯,貨物很多,
不急等你慢慢搬好用好,
在幫我結帳也沒關係,
我真的不覺得客人的貨物,
可以這樣丟這樣摔好幾次,
附近另外兩家7-11的店員,
也是有忙的時候,其實都能體諒,
但是我真的沒看過這樣摔的,
砸到我是還好,但是你依舊要疊這麼高?
希望貴店長能再多做點員工訓練。
再給他一次機會。
