★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客人名字有難字，電腦無法造字。我已經出示證件、博客來會員訂單和付款記錄、通知取件電子郵件，還是要我簽切結書才肯讓我把貨物領走！切結書內容蒐集之資料也不合理，竟然還要身份證字號、地址如此私密的個資，紙本簽個資是否會外洩疑慮很大。
我如同其他領包裹的客人一樣，這次領完包裹之後，我不會再到貴店去消費和領包裹。

店員卻告知要進新貨，
所以即期品21:40就會先收起來不給賣了～
這樣的作法違背了原本珍惜即期品的[i珍食]
也造成客人的多跑一趟的不便～
