更新:聯絡7-11客服後轉區顧問,區顧問回了一封客服範例信,並說明看了監視器後的確如訴,但再回信詢問後續,就完全沒下文,不知是直營店還是加盟店,直接吃案。 4/17上午8:00多使用商品卡消費,先是飯糰刷錯,再來購物袋沒刷,給女店員沒效率地刷了兩次商品卡,報會員電話正常音量唸了三次她才輸入完成,因爲沒有發票需要用明細來確認商品卡尚餘金額,也不主動提供明細,最後還提供錯誤的明細。導致離開後又再度回店索取。強烈建議貴公司在店員安排注重效率,不要在正常流程上因爲她的隨便又僥倖浪費客人的時間。另一位男店員有禮貌做事也快速,最後收據的部分也是由他幫忙找到。建議不要因爲地點好就用這種服務素質對消費者,火車站內也是其它便利商店可消費。
