店員說要詢問店長 店長堅持不能讓我們取回
有詢問過其他3間門市 是可以退回的 但是手續比較繁雜 好奇為何店長堅持不讓我們退（店員打了2通電話 店長都說不能退）
I remembered the package wrongly, I will return it immediately after finishing the order

I have inquired about the other 3 stores, but the procedures are more complicated. I wonder why the store manager insists on not letting us return (the store clerk made 2 calls and the store manager said that the return is not possible)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以客觀的角度，我認為店長行事風格頗為厚道，或許真的有疏忽，真的沒有必要去找一堆帳號來針對性留言，這樣子反饋，坦白說非常不理性且相當幼稚。
From an objective point of view, I think the store manager’s style is quite kind. Maybe he is really negligent. There is really no need to find a bunch of accounts to leave a targeted message. Such feedback is frankly irrational and quite naive.
