★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9/18（六）上晚班的一位戴眼鏡女店員，不知道是做7-11做到厭世還是火氣太大，撕單子的時候用尺還超大力放的，蓋印章的時候也是，深怕別人不知道她不耐煩，然後把客人包裹弄掉在地板也一副無所謂，等到客人也不開心的時候才假裝要幫忙用，如果一開始不會用可以詢問較資深的人員，永遠都學不會的話，服務態度永遠都是這樣，希望7-11可以好好訓練一下服務態度，做7-11如果那麼痛苦，沒人逼你做，不要搞的好像客人欠你錢一樣！
這間服務態度真的有夠差！
On 9/18 (Saturday), a female clerk who wears glasses on the evening shift, I don’t know if it’s 7-11 to be world-weary or too irritable. When tearing the list, she used a ruler to put it super vigorously, and also when she stamped it. I'm afraid that others don't know that she is impatient, and then it doesn't matter if the guest package is dropped on the floor. Wait until the guest is unhappy before pretending to help. If you can't use it at the beginning, you can ask a more senior person, always If you can’t learn it, the service attitude will always be the same. I hope 7-11 can train the service attitude. If it is so painful to do 7-11, no one will force you to do it. Don’t act as if the customer owes you money!
The service attitude of this room is really bad enough!
