店員態度真的有待加強,服務業基本就是禮貌,既然選擇在7-11工作,基本工作態度就應該維持水準

今天這個過程我實在是連一顆心都不想給甚至很不爽 事情發生在9/15號約下午12:58分左右到貴店消費跟影印傳真,有一個小姐幫我結帳,結帳完的時候因為我是用pi錢包去付款的,結果扣款簡訊跟P幣確實已經扣了但是小姐卻跟我說沒有付款成功因為他們的機器未跑出明細所以不算要在付款一次。(重點是一開始我問她這樣就可以了嗎?她說可以我才走的後來又被叫回來說沒有付款成功)而後我回來貴店之後我問她說但是我這裡確實已經收到明細跟簡訊已經有付款了,但是他們不斷的鬼打牆跟我說沒有明細就不算付款完成。那我問他沒關係在付一次ok那P幣可以退回來嗎?但是他們卻沒有給我一個合理的答案或是要在付款一次的理由也沒有告訴我到底能不能退?結果我告訴他們因為我要趕著上班所以請他們儘快處理那個女生還在旁邊慢 慢的結其他客人?然後還不讓我先走去上班,也說如果沒有付款完成不能帶東西走(重點我已經收到刷卡簡訊了P幣也扣了)。後來他們又來了一個好像是店長的人依然繼續講著前面那句話,沒有發票明細就不算付款完成,我整個已經火氣到達最高點就在付了一次款項,直接走人。我前後總共付了兩次款也打去信用卡公司確認確實刷了兩次,雖然不多錢但是感覺真的超不好。貴店員工不但沒有服務態度、動作慢、處理能力低、教養待加強客人的話完全當作沒聽見只顧著打電話跟店長說狀況,要求店長趕快來處理。以上事情經過給大家一個建議,服務業基本還是需要留意服務態度跟品質的,但是這間店的服務品質真是讓人驚訝,沒趕時間的人建議還是選擇其他間吧。
