店長管理不佳，在店員結帳時跟店員聊天，還要客人主動問店員結帳多少錢，店員才停下聊天回答，到底你是店員還是客人是店員＝ ＝？
此情況不只一次，可以說是天天上演！
有次去問店員ibon可以繳新竹的停車費嗎？
店員竟然回答：我哪知道我又不是甚麼功能都知道，我都知道就好囉！
這不是你的工作嗎？客人不知道第一個反應當然是問店員，店員竟然這種態度、回答，真是太不可思議了！

The manager is poorly managed, and chats with the clerk when the clerk checks out. The customer also asks the clerk how much the checkout is before the clerk stops chatting and answers. Are you a clerk or a customer clerk?

The clerk even answered: I do n’t know what I do n’t know, but I know everything!
Isn't this your job? The customer did not know that the first response was of course to ask the clerk. It was incredible that the clerk had such an attitude and answer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018.6.14晚上約八點，沒有在7-11遇過這麼糟糕的店員，女兒在該店家吐了，先是聽見他們抱怨，我一向小孩吐了，我絕對是自己處理，會清乾淨再離開，我與該店員詢問哪裡有濕紙巾，只說了在哪個位子，一般7-11的人員都會立即協助，我從未讓7-11的人幫忙過，他們既沒有詢問也未協助在哪排可以找到能清潔的濕紙巾，讓我必須滿手穢物的自己走去尋找拿並結帳，並很巧的關閉洗手間，不讓我洗手！真是令人深刻的店家。
At about 8 o'clock in the evening on June 4, 2018, I never met such a bad clerk on 7-11. My daughter vomited at the store. First, I heard them complaining. I always vomited by the child. I definitely deal with it myself. I will clean up before leaving. I asked the clerk where there are wet wipes, and only said which seat they are. Generally, 7-11 staff will assist immediately. I have never asked 7-11 people to help. They neither asked nor assisted in which row. Finding a wet tissue that can be cleaned, I have to walk to find and check out with my hands full of filth. I also closed the bathroom very skillfully to prevent me from washing my hands! Really impressive store.
