★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員很親和，因為我是2017年才開始玩賴。因為我不喜歡用手機更不喜歡網路，但2017年因二姐跟媽媽都因為跌倒開刀(右大腿臗關節)住院，我才開始用賴。而新建門市是離我家最近的，所以我去時都直接告訴店員我要用手機(繳費，續約，領東西.......等)可不管什麼時段去每個年輕的店員都會很有耐心的教我如何使用，我很感謝這些年輕人。
 The clerk is very friendly, because I only started playing Lai in 2017. Because I don't like using mobile phones, I don't like the Internet. But in 2017, my second sister and mother were hospitalized because of a fall (right thigh joint), so I started using Lai. The newly-built store is the closest to my house, so when I go, I tell the clerk directly that I want to use my mobile phone (paying, renewing, getting things... etc.). No matter what time of day, every young clerk will be very happy. Patiently teach me how to use it. I am very grateful to these young people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因要購買的物品架上空了，詢問店員大概何時會補貨，想再來購買，但其中一位女店員態度真的很不好，也不是第一次了！真的讓人覺得不舒服....
Because the items to be purchased were empty, I asked the clerk about when they would replenish the goods and wanted to buy again, but one of the female clerks had a really bad attitude, and it was not the first time! It really makes people feel uncomfortable...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在這間直營門市日常購物好多年了，以前各班的店員服務都非常好又親切！而現在的店員態度傲慢，尤其晚班戴眼鏡的女店員服務態度極差！直營店的員工教育真的要在加強了……。
I have been shopping daily in this directly-operated store for many years, and the service of the shop assistants in each class was very good and kind! And now the clerk is arrogant, especially the female clerk who wears glasses in the evening shift has a very poor service attitude! The education of employees in directly-operated stores really needs to be strengthened.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人員訓練有逐漸下滑的狀況（光頭在打掃的男店員），反倒是對面的全家好多了，公司應該有明顯注意到來客數以及網路評價近期有下滑的趨勢
Personnel training is gradually declining (male clerk with bald head cleaning), but the family on the opposite side is much better. The company should have noticed the recent decline in the number of visitors and online reviews.
