★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天傍晚6點的女店員態度超差，跟她買口罩，她說沒有貨，物流車來了發現有我要買的口罩，她說是客人預留的，問題是別家7-11公平起見都不能預留，為什麼這家可以，問她剛開始為什麼要騙客人說沒口罩，她說她又不知道有沒有，重點來了，不知道還能預留嗎？被戳破謊言還大聲咆哮罵客人，這樣的態度實在是不適合做服務業，情緒控管太差了
At 6 o’clock this evening, the female clerk had a very bad attitude. She bought masks with her. She said that there was no stock. The logistics truck came and found that there was a mask I wanted to buy. She said that it was reserved by the customer. The problem is that it is fair to other stores 7-11. Can't reserve it. Why can this store. Ask her why she lied to the customer to say that she didn't have a mask in the first place. She said that she didn't know if there was any. Being exposed to a lie and yelling at guests, such an attitude is really not suitable for the service industry, and emotional control is too poor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ July 6th, 2021 at 22:53:13 pm. I went to buy gummy bears, a coke, and ice. gave 150 ntd, change was supposed to be 21 ntd. Got a 10 ntd coin, a 1000 indonesian coin that looks similar to the 10 ntd, and a 50 indonesian coin which looks like 1 ntd.
I increased my review from 1 to 4 since in the morning I went to reclaim and they gave me the correct change without problem. Props to the young lady on July 7th, 2021 at 13:30 pm.
