上週六5/21傍晚去這家7-11(舊舍門市)取貨順便兌換特大冰美式咖啡(自帶咖啡杯),按照7-11的規定自帶環保杯是要主動退3元給顧客,當下店員沒主動退給我3元,我也沒注意到這3元。 等回到家後經家人提起,我才想到自備環保杯店員沒主動退款給我,本想說是店員忙到忘記退款的事情,後來才去搜尋該家(舊舍門市)的電話,結果看錯門市名稱,打電話到(社員門市)。 社員門市的店員接到電話後,馬上表示可能是店員忘了,願意退款和請我喝一杯咖啡,讓我留下姓名和手機號碼。過了約10分鐘接到社員門市的電話,詢問我是不是打錯門市的電話,電話中她們告知她們是社員門市,我才發現我真的是打錯門市的電話。 接下來就是在確認7-11舊舍門市的電話後並打電話去舊舍門市。 店員接聽電話後,我告知那個時段去兌換咖啡自備環保杯您們店員沒主動退3元給我。 店員回覆我說:你要退款喔! 我當下真的很火大的回說:是您們要主動退款給我的,什麼叫我要退喔! 店員:那你現在過來,我退3元給你。 我:我今天不會再外出了。 店員:那你什麼時候過來? 我:可能明天、後天或3天才會去你們的門市。你們店長在嗎? 店員:不在 我:那請將這問題反應給你們店長 店員:我們店長最近忙2家店很忙 我:那請店長有空時電話聯絡我。 這周三我又到舊舍門市去兑換咖啡(自備環保杯),刷完兌換條碼後店員就去用咖啡,也沒主動退款給我,經我提醒後才不情願的退款3元給我並給折扣的收據。而後我才告知3天前您們也是忘記退3元給我,然後才又退3元給我。 一次疏忽可以說是忘記、二次可以說是忘記嗎? 我其實很不願意猜測,不主動退款3元是他們店員的一貫做法。 到今天已經是一周了,還是沒接到7-11舊舍門市店長的來電,唉!~挺失望的!~也是因為這樣才決定上來給極差的評論。 說實在,我並不是在意那3塊錢,打一通電話就超過3塊錢,只是好心提醒店員忘了退款的問題。 結果2家7-11門市的處理方式天差地別。 7-11社員門市,讚???,給您們加加油!
