去過的便利店這間最亂了,晚班服務人員不錯,早班的服務小姐講話有夠大聲,每回進去都是這樣一點都不專業! 政府目前是不提供吸管給客戶但並不是有需要的人也完全不能給,去過那麼多間就這一間的服務人員,不給就算還一副理直氣壯的態度講話又不客氣,真是不適合服務業,我自己也從事服務業10年以上~ 這位中年服務小姐如果不懂檢討自己老是對客戶講話大聲又帶點不耐煩態度實在不勝任此行業喔~

今早去幫家人預約五倍券,一個早班中年劉海中分的女櫃檯,嗓門大之外講話真令人感到不舒服。禮貌詢問是否ibon當機,因系統太多人進去可能速度稍慢,讀卡讀不到,我站在ibon前面不到兩分鐘,拿著三張健保卡試著讓機器讀取,店員突然大聲嚷嚷說是我健保卡壞了,不是他們的問題,叫我去健保局換卡,大聲喊,叫我不要再試了~實在有夠沒禮貌, 這兩分鐘我也才試了一次,後面也只有一個大哥在排隊,也是要預約紙本五倍券。後來走去對面的ok,不到一分鐘,三張健保卡都插卡預約完畢! (明明是機器問題,為什麼要第一時間叫客人去健保局換卡片= = 這種處理方式也太好笑

店員都算親切,這間比起週遭附近其它三家小七,架上品項算是比較完整的,我常在華詢市場這附近四家小七找我要的東西,這間門市比較有我想要的,如素食櫃等。

店內髒亂我沒看過7-11有這麼髒的店! 整家店亂七八糟,某男店員服務速度及態度有待貴店再教育,高層也該來巡店一下了吧!
