★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 取貨時說找不到貨，我當下反應找不到那是要怎麼辦，已經等很久了，我說我沒耐心再等下去，先結要付錢的貨（後面的人都已經取到貨了）結果一個女店員在旁邊唸說傻眼，我說是你們自己的問題（找不到貨難道是我的問題），拿貨的男店員在裡面大叫叫客人自己進來找貨，這是什麼態度超傻眼

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 花了一千多網購的商品，消費者拿到手都被撞成這樣，裡面東西壞了算誰的，消費者有付運費的，不是你們免費運送的；站在櫃台老久，掛著值班經理的男人一直在弄咖啡機，好不容易轉過頭來詢問我要幹嘛，我說取包裹，這時門口剛走進一位男顧客，店員立馬問他要咖啡還是煙，男顧客說要咖啡，店員立馬幫他做並先幫他接帳，這時好不容易想起要幫我去找包裹，拿到收銀台後又先放在一旁，然後又跑去把沖好的咖啡拿給那男顧客，最後才回到櫃台前說這件包裹是你的嗎，啊不就好棒棒，先來的顧客站在櫃台前當白痴一樣，身為服務業來講給一顆心都算多了，連最基本的服務都做不好，還值班經理….，難怪網路的7-11評價是這附近最差的。
