★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員速度慢就算了，態度還很隨便，我做過711大夜班跟正常班四年，這些人根本一點也不專業，只是都這幾個老面孔，可能是直營店然後又在商業大樓旁根本沒差，能不要去那裡就盡量別去，湯城內部新開的711服務好太多了。

They are just these old faces. They may be direct stores and then beside commercial buildings. It's not bad at all. If you can go there, try not to go there. The newly opened 711 service in Tangcheng is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 剛剛去購買咖啡和水果,裡面兩位女店員認真且具有高度熱忱,以禮相待。
甚至對於已經有會員還說自己並沒有辦過的我還是以專業的服務應對,讓本人除了尬爆以外多了許多尊敬和感謝。
辛苦兩位店員,也希望下次能再給兩位服務。
I just went to buy coffee and fruit, and the two female shop assistants were serious and highly enthusiastic, and treated each other with courtesy.
Even for members who have already said that they have not done so, I still respond with professional services, which gives me a lot of respect and gratitude besides the embarrassment.
The two clerks worked hard, and I hope to serve them again next time.

建議可以直接去對面全家

但真的不懂總排一位恍神不細心、老是做錯品項且經常手忙腳亂的男店員在飲料製作區的用意是？若說要訓練他，難道不能挑非尖峰時刻再好好教他嗎？
很多回都忍住了，這次竟是未注意紙杯邊緣早已損毀，還是拿來承裝，再硬蓋上杯蓋，結果要拿起來喝時熱飲整個潑了一身……整個傻眼到不行……
將心比心大家工作都很辛苦，但有些專業細節還是要顧到吧！
