★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 袋裝微波食品要開口要割底部沒關係，拿給客人時也該倒過來吧⋯⋯湯汁漏一整路，而且微波時間也不足，食物外面熱的但中間的部分都是冷的，無言。
中午時段的親切大姐。
It doesn’t matter if the microwaved food in the bag needs to be opened and the bottom should be cut, and it should be turned upside down when serving it to guests... The soup leaked all the way, and the microwave time was not enough. The food was hot on the outside but the middle part was cold, speechless.
Kind lady at noon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 難得回高雄，覺得還是南部的店員比較熱情，此次遇到年紀稍長的大姊（長髮+染髮,有點肉肉的），人很親切，覺得此年紀在需要萬能的小7工作，厲害！
It’s rare to come back to Kaohsiung, and I think the shop assistants in the south are more enthusiastic. This time, I met an older sister (long hair + dyed hair, a little fleshy), who is very kind. !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上班時間結帳客人較多(店員要泡咖啡,微波,找包裹...)但是發現店員還是很有耐心的完成各種需求, 服務業真的很辛苦, 想給他們加油打氣一下 (早班有位新來的大姐,跟她聊到似乎是二度就業, 很認真也很有耐心, 大姐加油！）
During working hours, there are many customers at checkout (the clerk needs to make coffee, microwave, find packages...) but I found that the clerk is still very patient to fulfill various needs, the service industry is really hard, and I want to cheer them up (there are some in the morning shift). A new eldest sister, talking to her seems to be a second-time job, very serious and very patient, eldest sister, come on!)

切身感受是便利商店的工作越來越多, 越來越雜
我想大家消費者都有權利或指責店員, 但換個角度想
便利商店員工事雜, 但薪資並不高, 又要每天面對很多客人各式各樣問題
所以年輕年真的很難請...所以其實他們也都身兼數職
請大家多給他們鼓勵, 或許購物經驗會更好一些...
其實我常到這家門市 最近換了一些工作人員
早班人員態度還不錯, 只是, 真的需要點時間讓他們更順手
如果太忙以致忘了微笑, 也無須太苛責...

Please give them more encouragement, maybe the shopping experience will be better...
In fact, I often go to this store. Recently, some staff have changed.
The attitude of the morning shift staff is not bad, but it really needs some time to make them more comfortable
If you're too busy to smile, don't be too harsh...
