★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waiting for a flight back to New York. Nice place. Clean. Wife got run over by some workers with a cart. Just watch your back. If you stand still you will get run over. Don’t get in their way. You’ve been warned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not as new and modern as airports of Hongkong, Singapore or Korea, but very clean and safe. You can ask help from people, especially in the tour information booth. Bus and train stations are accessible. Needs more sign in English though and immigration line takes too long. I suggest more booths for the immigration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taoyuan airport is one of the nicest airport of Asia. Their lounges has different themes. In my last lay-over here, I enjoyed the Hello Kitty lounge and a Flora lounge (I think).
Hello Kitty lounge features the Sanrio characters with its adorable main cast Hello Kitty. A nice concept indeed to make your stay really amazed.
Nearby this Hello Kitty lounge, there you find a sets of real beautiful flowers lounge which I call Flora lounge. Hehe! On this lounge, I’ve got to appreciate the airport because the indication of healthy and beautiful flowers inside the airport means they are having a good air flow or cycle. This lounge was so serene when I dropped there.
In terms of food, there is a food chains catering authentic Taiwanese dishes. I enjoyed my noodles-great taste. Also, inside there are lots of kiosk chains to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful ! Halls of departure and arrival are rather busy and tight. But the processing is very quick and efficient. Shopping options are various, and options of foods are also various.
Each waiting area is decorated with many different theme, so that no time to be bored.
It seems the airport is steadily trying to improve its system and service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far, this is the cleanest and most efficient airport that I have been to. Even the interior are amazaing. You can see that they value the time of all the guests. They give precise instructions and directions. You can also have an uninterrupted WiFi connection inside the airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an easy and accessible airport, plenty of restaurants, duty free areas and extremely clean facilities. I do enjoy the gate themes and decorations. There are a few gates related to Taiwanese anime, history and culture. As an international airport, it’s easy to find English information ℹ️, monitor with useful information and clear arriving/departing times. I was so impressed with the airport staff and flight support, I just filmed a few minutes of normal airport operations and I realised how hard these people worked, keeping the airplanes with high standard of safety and security. Well done one of my favourites stopover airports

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only airport I’ve been to with themed departure gates. Everything is so cute! The mother’s room/diaper changing room is Hello Kitty themed, and it is kept clean and tidy. You can find this in the connecting area between C & B gates if I remember correctly.
Spent the connecting time looking at each themed gate, definitely an interesting way to pass time — just don’t forget to board your next flight!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not as fancy as Changi Airport but it gets the job done as an efficient transit airport with decent and reasonably price duty free and food options. Most airport staff are helpful. However, the C gates (Star Alliance side ) can be overcrowded during peak transit times (early morning for North American arrivals and early evening for South East Asian arrivals) and security lines can get extremely long with airport staff struggling to control the lines. The airport however has improved over the last few years with more themed gates. Boarding is efficient at the airport with well managed zone boarding
