很喜歡吃客家菜包,可惜去的當下不巧都要等,只好單買紅色的芋頭包。 哇!也好吃耶!很像吃芋頭粿的味道,加上QQ的外皮,推推!

一早衝了雙老街,北埔,內灣。後面一綠一紅是內灣溫媽媽買的,一拿到整個是溫的,感覺老闆蠻不捨得開電加熱。隔三四小時吃,覺得粿的皮軟爛軟爛的,沒35元價值及特地去內灣採買。前方北埔15元的一口粿,這個皮比較Q彈,餡抄的也蠻香的,但就真的鹹了點。... ...但這兩間,真的都比在省道上胡亂買的柚子菜包好些,柚子菜包好鹹,皮蒸的水水的,料是滿多,但蘿蔔絲吃兩口就受不了的鹹。 覺得內灣真的不及十年前的好逛舒服,印象變了,感覺不太會想再去..........

遠遠就能看到老街上有熱騰騰的包子熱氣,稍微看了一下口味,就買個紅麴(內餡是芋頭絲 )$30元。 剛好前兩位客人買的數量比較多,老闆感覺很熱情招待,買一個就簡單一個價格,沒關係,買一個試試看吧。 紅麴包外層口感比較軟糯,熱一點的時候吃口感應該會比較好一些。內餡的芋頭絲帶點胡椒香氣,蠻好吃的。一個包分量不大,逛老街有經過可以試試看。

因為老家在中壢新屋,所以常常買中壢知名的劉xx菜包,因此對這個傳統的客家美味非常熟悉! 第一眼看到溫媽媽的外盒包裝就覺得有➕分了,好攜帶,而且質感還不錯!白色的是傳統客家菜包,內餡是蘿蔔絲,內餡炒的很香,蘿蔔沒有炒到完全軟爛,口感不錯!艾草菜包就是閔南人的草仔粿,內餡是菜脯跟菜脯米,調味不會太鹹,菜脯香氣足!菜包冷、熱都好吃,熱的外皮會比較軟,內餡因為有熱度,吃起來更香!冷的外皮會比較Q,吃起來比較有嚼勁!我個人喜歡吃冷的,QQ的外皮比較讚! 這號稱60年的老店,我覺得比中壢劉xx菜包好吃!有機會再去內灣一定會再買!
