A modernised old style knife & scissors shop. Alou you won't find a furnaces and iron working bench, they still sold and service all sorts of knifes and scissors, with or without their brand name. They offer excellent service on refine your dull knife . I recently sent two of my battered kitchen knife for service. Thay don't do ceramic knife, and the knife blade is mirror alike after their service. Thay only charge around 150 ntd for a 20in kitchen knife, and I do recommand it. Just be aware sanding the knife needs time, don't expect the knife to be done on the spot. A modern and traditional knife and scissors shop. Please take off your shoes when you enter the door. The left and right walls are all branded knives and scissors products. They also provide sharpening services for knives and scissors, one for only NT$150-200. The sharpened blade is almost as shiny as a mirror. Personally, it is recommended that those living nearby can send household knives for polishing. But most of the time it takes the next day to get the knife. After all, polishing takes time and it is unlikely to be completed right away.
