與其說是蔥油餅
稱之為油餅比較恰當
炸蛋方面 是另外放上去的
衝著有人說比花蓮顏色車強
決定給個機會試試
下午四點打電話預定兩份八分小辣、一份八分蒜蓉、一份八分泰式
店家說25分鐘後可取餐
到了以後還是得當場再等
當時店內其中一位女士負責點餐收錢
但因店內排隊及點餐動線不明
讓當場有些正在等候點餐的顧客一頭霧水
還被後來的顧客插隊點餐店家也不管
當下排隊等一陣子的顧客發現自己並不在排隊想前往點餐時
該女士口氣卻不是很好
我不明白您們人氣好客人多
卻以這種態度對客人又是何必(?
再好吃的東西如果店家這種跩258萬的態度也不會讓我想再次光臨
但幸好
「油餅」方面
因為我是當場到了現場等他一炸好就取餐完全沒等到就「即食」
餅的部分照理說一直源源不絕的客人油溫方面應該不低
不過含油量卻很重
一口咬下的餅皮滿嘴油
除了膩口之外就是空虛
薄薄的皮 沒有嚼勁
炸蛋方面到了最後剩三口才吃到
算是令人匪夷所思的炸蛋蔥油餅了
畢竟從宜蘭頂埔的蔥油餅吃到花蓮黃花蓮柯
從來沒有一次是這種心得
覺得給三星以上的顧客真是很佛系

購買時先拿號碼牌，再開始點餐
（我大概等了15分鐘才拿到，要有耐心）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 比較像是有Q度的薄餅，餅皮較一般蔥油餅薄，酥脆中又有嚼勁，加8分熟的蛋真的不錯，店家很客氣這點也是很加分
It is more like a pancake with a Q degree. The crust is thinner than ordinary scallion pancakes. It is crispy and chewy. It is really good to add 8 points of hard boiled eggs. The store is very polite, which is also a bonus.
