建議12:00後不要有不是做PCR的小孩或大人在診所 排隊看診.... 這段期間診外超多等PCR的陽性民眾... 我就看著那些 來看診 拿藥的 阿嬤 小孩 一直穿梭在「陽性」隊伍中....真的很可怕... (醫生人很好)

兩位醫生都有看過 我也是第一次看醫生留下的評論,我從桃園來快2年一直找不到有醫生緣的醫生,前前後後也看了很多間,但看完這間之後就一直在這看了,第一次帶著我還沒滿月的兒子去看醫生 是一個年輕的 那時候我們也不知道 禮拜日匆匆忙忙的趕過去,醫生已經要下診了還是很有耐心的跟我們告知緩解我們的擔心 第二次是李醫生 也是很親切 抱著我的兒子玩邊跟我們解釋 或許是最近的疫情過於嚴重 比較忙 人忙起來一定都會比較急躁 這是很正常的 誰知道會遇到什麼樣的病患 所以最近看診醫生們難免會有一點讓人感覺比較不親切比較失去耐心一點 但還是很喜歡來這間看 相信疫情過了之後會比較好的 大家也要多體諒醫護人員 他們也很辛苦 我、我兒子都在這間看 也推薦從台中下來常住的朋友看 也都說醫生很有耐心 辛苦你們了❤️

我是5/24去做pcr的 建議需要做的人1. 12點到那排隊 排左線先掛號 掛完號再排右線 把快篩用夾鏈袋裝好跟健保卡先準備好 2.帶原子筆寫初診掛號表(那有但就兩隻而且一隻沒水自己帶比較快)3.機車位不多 到處是紅線黃線 警察也很常出現可以停遠點走過來4.報告12-24小時內會上傳健保快易通 當日人員服務態度都很好 有問題都可以問指揮掛號的服務人員 全程做完約50分鐘

一直都很喜歡這間診所和醫生,從事服務業的我,最能感同身受服務人員的辛苦,但這是我人生第一次給一顆星。 直到今天因為確診的關係,打電話至診所,禮貌詢問關於視訊看診的問題,對方聲音聽起來像阿姨的護士,劈頭就一直火大狂碎唸說打電話來沒用,我質疑的問說其他確診朋友也是這樣預約成功的,還會留院方的Line做聯繫⋯(事實證明我打的下一間就馬上預約成功而且非常有禮貌的護士天使) 她回我:「認識的才能加Line啦~不認識誰在跟妳加Line!」,然後直接給我掛電話。 我可以體諒現在疫情期間護理人員的忙碌,我更尊敬你們的專業,但拿病人當出氣筒,大罵一頓,甚至超級沒禮貌的掛電話,生病還分什麼認識不認識才有特權,這已經是個人修養問題了。 有時間回覆客人的負評為自己做辯解,應該要多花時間員工訓練,謝謝醫生,辛苦了!
