Fantastic hotel. Rooms look extremely modern. Service is impeccable. The hotel staff are proactive in helping and extremely keen on showcasing what their hotel has to offer. Will recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Tainan!

If you are still scouting around for a hotel, just book this one—I promise you won’t regret it. This is an amazing hotel, absolutely on par with the Ace Hotel, or the twentyfivehours hotels. Very boutique, roof top wooden swing and outdoor area, great WiFi and work space free to use. They have bikes outside and the entire experience was simply perfect here. I rarely write reviews, but this deserves one. Very large and spacious room, loved the bathroom and shower, too.

It's a fantastic experience staying there. The room was bigger than the normal hotel rooms I went before, and overall, it gave me a really cozy vibe. The architecture design looks very "aesthetic" in my case. The train station is just few minutes walk away, plus there's many cool sites and tourist places nearby.

3Door Hotel in Tainan is excellent. Our company sends staff to Tainan for extended periods and we use 3Door Hotel to accommodate them. The workers love staying there because the hotel staff, all of them, are welcoming, accommodating to their needs, and speak a good level of English. The facilities are well maintained, stylish, clean, and generous in proportions. The rooftop garden makes a perfect spot for after-work socializing. The bar is an inviting place to meet as well. And the nicest aspect was the staff hand writing thank you cards to our team upon departure thanking them for staying. What a lovely thoughtful touch!

This is a very interesting hotel. Their warm welcome and helpful attitude of their staff made our stay 5 stars. While they do not have much amenities, they made up with their hospitality. Small things like providing free laundry service is definitely a hit for my family - it was raining when we were there. Cute towel folding on beds almost daily and selection of breakfast sets heightened the experience. Any questions around places of interest were met with their own experience and assistance to book the ride and the facilities booking. Good job for a 3 star hotel. I will stay in this same hotel if I travel to Tainan again.

Besides a very spacious room with a huge and very comfortable bed, the hotel is really trying to make this place comfortable and a place where you want to be staying. Also, they do all they can to provide a authentic personal service and they manage to do so. The room feels a bit cold atmospherically, as does the lightning in the room but those are all details compared to the comfort of it all. And they try to work environmentally friendly, which is a pro. The roof top small garden is a nice extra, the little attentions in the room as well. Excellent location at less then 10 minutes walk from Tainan main station so in the heart of the city. During our stay they held a small European film festival on the rooftop.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. From the moment we checked in, the whole experience of the stay felt like a home away from home already. The whole hotel has a very good design to it, and has a good variety of beers at the lobby bar. Guests should also check out the rooftop loft for chilling with a book or simply stargazing. Will definitely revisit if i'm ever in Tainan.

很差的住宿品質與服務品質及態度，不推薦。 Not recommend— I am sorry that I need to leave with my worst comments ever. I’m not recommending this hotel due to the following facts we were suffering from: Unclean— The first impression was the service guy directly stepping into our room for introduction with his outdoor shoes on, which is weird and disgusting. But we try to accommodate our mood for the holidays. Unprofessional— When we randomly talked the shoe issues to the lady Lily, she told me it’s supposed be like that and it’s much cleaner to be like that under this pandemic situation. And we got very confused by the explanation. Never had this situation before. That sounds to me was just to quibble against the fact that it was very dirty. Unprofessional— We booked 2 nights on the website. And the lady thought we booked only 1 night when we checked in. Even we highlighted again. Dysfunctional heater— The weather was chilly. And we turned the heater on, but it got much colder as the air blows, that made us turned off the AC and felt suffocated. But it was after 1 am, they highlighted to us when check-in that there will not be services after 1 am. Thus, we can’t call for improvement by adding the blanket. Unprofessional— We did not well informed that the checkout time is 11:00 am. We received the phone call around 11:00am by telling us the check out time is 11:00am on the checkout day, which is not reminder at all. We then quickly woke up and get ready to rush out. Around 11:45 am, we received another call by telling us we are getting charged for this additional hour with 500 NTD extra. All these the timeline for check out and the fine, we are passively informed when it is the time. We tried to explain that if we were aware of this, we will walk out before the timeline. We thought the check out time was 12:00pm like usual. The lady replied they will pay 200NTD from their pocket for us for this 500NTD fine. Speechless. It is not professional. Unprofessional— We did not have the receipt of the fine. Not considerable— My girlfriend’s period accidentally leaked onto the bed sheet while we were discussing about the overtime issue at the moment. Later Lily called us back and blamed us for that we shall let them know. We don’t mean to be rude.. It was very uncomfortable and unpleasant experience of staying here. Yet, Tainan is a great city. Just this hotel service has ruined our trip for this time.
