像在喝有怪味的水。
煎餃尺寸普通，不是現煎的，口感軟乎乎，溫度微熱。
特地早起0600到店裡，以為能吃到現煎的，結果大失所望，不會再去。

作り置きした焼き餃子を蒸し器に入れて、注文があったら、そこから出してくれます。よって、注文後焼きたて、というわけではないので、皮のパリパリ感は全く無し。ただし、中身の餡はまずまず美味しいです。別添えのタレは醤油ではなく、蚵仔煎にかけるようなオレンジ色のピリ辛ソース。全く合わないとは言いませんが、日本人的にはちょと違うなあと思えてしまいます。
店頭にて口頭注文、料金は商品引き渡し時に支払いです。内用スペースほとんどない、というか無いように見ますので、外帶の利用を基本としたほうがよさそうです。
