北海道登山團說好只爬一段，後來讓沒帶裝備的人也一起縱走，導致很多人的鞋子受損，之後又不顧團員反對硬要去爬另一座山，只能說貴公司的應變能力跟策劃能力都有待加強。
但搭配的國外領隊還有導遊都十分專業，以上純屬我個人經驗，供大家參考

The service staff is very rude and arrogant! When inquiring on the phone, I vaguely heard the customer service staff of your company swearing swearing next to me. Although I don’t know who I’m talking to, I can tell from the conversation that the quality of this travel agency is really poor!
