這家算是瑕不掩瑜的居酒屋吧? 店內氛圍很棒? 服務也不錯。 料理則是總體有達水準。 但是,炸物的麵衣需要改進,不然,就不能稱之為天婦羅了。 壽司就要加強了?? 一開始端上來的握壽司,醋飯有點米心煮沒透。和店家反應,馬上承認,這點值得讚賞? 後來被招待兩貫炙燒鮭魚肚握壽司,醋飯有改進,但是,整體來說,還是尚可而已? 魚料的品質很好,處理的也到位,份量十足? 問題還是在於醋飯及捏的功夫。 總體而言,這家店還是值得來訪?

只能說非常非常好吃 首先因為老闆是日本人,所以不用懷疑口味上是日式還是台式,而且當天有一位日本人前前後後來了兩次,也可以當作味道上的認證 喝的部分因為不喝酒,所以點了無酒精飲料,滿大杯的,而喜歡喝酒的我想會非常幸福,酒的選擇真的滿滿好幾頁 餐點的部分,有非常多種類 生食的部分很好吃很新鮮 玉子燒大概是店內必點了,前後點了兩次,真的太好吃 松阪豬跟牛排也都非常好吃,而且份量說真的都滿多的 豬肉串有四種,倒是比較沒有那麼驚喜,但味道還是不錯的 最後店內的部分雖然小小的,但桌子其實也不少,而且等餐速度不會太久,真的滿推薦三五好友或家庭聚餐可以來試試看

午仔魚烤魚好吃、起司玉子燒也很好吃、樂樂炒飯好吃等級很高,粒粒分明又不油膩,大推!明太子雞翅也很喜歡~~~讚到不行 味噌湯比較還好,有點像媽媽煮的家常湯;蒜味櫛瓜對我來說有點像吃很濃的烤肉醬(但同伴很喜歡)第一次吃日式泡菜豬,覺得新鮮,同伴大愛,是道青菜多多的料理。 店裡的音樂都是日文歌,環境也很好,會想再去試試壽司料理~

用餐的日期是聖誕節,知道會很多人所以提前訂了位子,結果到現場還等了13分鐘才進去(這樣訂位的意義是?) 聖誕節不意外店內幾乎快滿座,用餐前看google大家普遍評價都不錯,沒想到這會是我近期吃過覺得最難吃的日式料理。 首先上了味噌湯,不難喝但也不會驚艷,再來是烤物的蒜味櫛瓜,上面紅紅的醬不知道是豆瓣醬還是什麼醬把整個櫛瓜的味道都蓋過去了,吃不到食材的原味(而且醬料跟櫛瓜本身味道也不是很搭),日式揚出豆腐是炸豆腐,醬料卻完全不鹹,沾了也沒有味道,再來是我看最多人推的奶油明太子烏龍麵,看其他人都說很濃很好吃,我完全不覺得濃郁,明太子攪拌後一樣不覺得有增添任何鹹香氣,吃到這邊跟另外一半已經不抱任何期待,最後上的生魚片跟炙燒鮭魚握壽司就沒拍照了,炙燒鮭魚完全沒感覺到炙燒的色澤,吃下去幾乎就是生魚片的口感,而且軟軟糊糊的,完全沒有炙燒該有的口感,那天用完餐外面氣溫很低還下著雨,真的是吃到人冷心更冷。 自己不是很常吃日本料理,另一半算很常吃,但我們兩個都認為口味既不傾向台式也不是道地的日式,餐點內容也跟我們看其他評論認知完全不同,也不符合我們的口味。 以上純粹個人感想,想前往的人可斟酌參考,後來想說也許聖誕節當天店家很忙碌,多少讓料理不在平常水準,但若要吃日式料理,真的不會打算再二訪。

The cream Mentaiko udon noodles I pushed is very thick and delicious. I don’t think it is rich at all. After the mentaiko is stirred, I don’t feel any salty aroma. I don’t expect anything from the other half. The last sashimi and the grilled salmon nigiri sushi were not photographed. The grilled salmon did not feel the burnt color at all. After eating it, it almost has the taste of sashimi, and it is soft and squishy. There is no grilling at all. Some taste, the temperature was very low outside the meal that day and it was raining, it really made people feel colder after eating. I don’t eat Japanese food very often, and the other half eat it very often, but both of us think that the taste is neither table-top nor authentic Japanese. The content of the meal is completely different from our perception of other reviews, and it does not match. Our taste. The above is purely personal thoughts.
