一般工作時間約7-10天，假日無配送。 若遇較大的節日，如父親節、母親節等等， 則需12-14天左右。
02 酒能喝嗎?

我們雕刻都是針對瓶身，不會動到內容物。都是原裝的酒款，請放心飲用！但紅酒因酒精濃度較低，容易變質。若未來有想飲用的話，會建議選擇高粱或威士忌喔！
03 破掉怎麼辦?

開箱時，記得幫我錄影，若確定為拆封即破損，我們會免費為您重新製作並寄出喔！

我們公司在台南市，但非門市，無法提供參觀。若在台南市可以在公司面交或我們親送過去，外縣市一般我們都透過LINE討論好商品如何設計，完成後用郵局宅配喔！
05 可貨到付款?

客製化商品，雕刻上去就無法退換貨喔。因此無法提供貨到付款服務。我們的作品一定會跟您校稿完才會雕刻到瓶身，因此不用擔心產品出來跟想像的不一樣！
06 自備酒怎麼計算？

我們在台南市，自備酒需自行送到公司或是寄過來 (請包好,寄送過程破損不賠)。 價格的部分是2000元起， 若酒的市價較高或是形狀較大， 會提高一些費用。 非所有酒瓶都可以製作， 請先與我們諮詢。 以上報價含兩個人像設計及雕刻 若無外盒包裝會免費提供黑色皮盒跟提袋。

隔天傍晚匯款完後，當天晚上就快速傳初稿圖給我，過程修改了兩次，賣家也是很細心回覆?
商品做出來的效果非常好，人物也畫得很像，神韻都抓到了，還附一張生日卡片，真的很貼心.
