106年積欠的健保保費因退保 到現在我才收到要繳款那期間還寄去我老家的地址身分證都已經更改地址了還寄去我老家 那都不住在那裡的通訊地址身分查不就是知道了嗎?為何都一直寄去那裡!106-111年現在寄去我公司要我繳款補繳!106年一月份退到107年-1月繳2996$要我補繳可以 但要我補繳利息有沒有搞錯啊你們作業疏失身分字號碼地址查了就知道為什麼一直寄去老家害我又補繳這個利息然後叫我去你們健保局申請申請審議 會不會通過還不知道還要跑這一趟⋯⋯真的不知道身分證字號嗎查下去地址更改都查得到為什麼到這麼久了還要補繳利息!莫名奇妙?

大概是我遇到服務最好的公家機構了,一進門就有人員引導抽號碼牌,平日中午的時候等約10分,櫃檯人員很親切!

2/7幫媽媽代辦補發健保卡非常快速,進去服務台時先分流辦理各項業務的人群,服務台人員核對證件有沒有帶齊以及掃描照片,之後抽取號碼牌至臨櫃辦理,卡片製作也只等了5分鐘左右(因為前面沒有其他需要補發的人)。 P.s. 幫家人代辦補發健保卡時我帶了我以及媽媽的身分證、近期2吋大頭照1張、媽媽的印章有帶但沒用到,給看到這則評論的大家參考一下~

接電話的小姐態度很不耐煩,乾脆包起來不要做了,溝通有代溝就算了,還我講東你講西,腦袋是在裝什麼?就是不懂才打電話諮詢,如果我都懂我還需要浪費時間跟電話錢跟你廢話嗎?領人民納稅錢的狗做起事來都特別不怎麼樣
